CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

* One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding
* One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot
* One older child or adult is charged with 21,25 euros per night and person in an extra bed
* Maximum capacity of extra beds / baby cots in a room: 1 (depending on room type)
* Extra bed or baby cot are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel

* Pets are not allowed

* The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

Validity: All the year.

Credit card: We ask for a credit card number and its expiry date to confirm the reservation.

Criterion:
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show the first night will be charged.
Also will be applied to cancellations made during the stay without using the reserved nights.

Penalties: The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of one night to cover cancellation cost for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arrival date.
